Each arrow represents a step in the corresponding direction, a dot represents no movement
The clues in the black cells indicate a 'sum' of directions of the corresponding row or column
Example: A sum of ↗ in 2 cells can be created with ↑→ or ↗●
Each symbol can occur only once in every sum

Examples:

A sum of ↗ in 2 cells can be created with (↑→) or (↗●) in any order
A sum of ↙ in 3 cells can be created with (●↓←), (↑↓↙), (→↙←) or (↘↙↖) in any order
